Marc James and Ffion Jones
Ar ddydd Sadwrn y Pasg yng nghapel Penybont, Llandysul, priodwyd Ffion unig ferch Oliver a Petra Jones, Hafan Dawel, Llandysul a Marc mab hynaf Alan a Myra James, Tegfan, Cilrhedyn. Roedd y gwasanaeth priodasol yng ngofal y Parchedig Wynn Vittle, Mrs Joan Evans (modryb Ffion) oedd yr organyddes gyda Elain Ainsworth yn canuír ffliwt. Cafwyd unawd gan Miss Gwenan Lockley, ffrind ysgol iír briodasferch. Y gwas priodas oedd Darren Davies cefnder y priodfab ar morwynion oedd Sian Foulkes a Hawys Freeman, Leah Non Griffiths oedd y forwyn flodau. Y tywyswyr oedd Dyfrig James, Rhydian Jones, Gareth Davies a Steffan Evans. Derbyniodd y par priod nifer o bedolau, llwyau pren a llwyou caru wrth iddynt adael y capel cyn mynd i Westy Parc y Stradey, Llanelli iír neithior. Teithiodd Ffion a Marc iír Caribi am ei mis mel cyn dychwelyd nol iíw swyddi. Mae Ffion yn athrawes yn ysgol gynradd Casmal ac mae Marc yn rhan o fusnes contractwyr amaethyddol y teulu. Stephen Canton, Neyland and Tina Limb, Tenby
Married recently at St Issellís church, Saundersfoot, were Stephen Lee Canton and Tina Wendy Limb. The groom, a department head manager at Somerfield, Tenby, is the son of Brian and Karan Canton, of Neyland, while the bride, a customer service assistant on the deli also in Somerfield, Tenby, is the daughter of Irene Limb, of Tenby. Given away by her brother, Trevor Limb, the bride wore an ivory satin dress with diamante and sequins, both on the bodice and all the way round the train. The bridesmaids were Helen Limb (brideís sister) and Chloe Limb (brideís niece) and the pageboy was Steven Limb (brideís nephew). The best man was Neil Canton (groomís brother), while the ushers were Michael Canton (groomís brother) and Adam Lewis Limb (brideís nephew). The ceremony was conducted by Rev Michael Butler. Grant Young, Solva and Rachel Britton, Haverfordwest
The marriage of Grant Young and Rachel Britton took place at St Davidís church, Prendergast, on May 7th. The groom is the second eldest son of Mr and Mrs W. Young, of Solva, and the bride is the only daughter of Mr and Mrs P. Britton, of Prendergast. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory halter-neck dress of satin and chiffon, embroidered with small red flowers and gold leaves. Her tiara, veil and dress sparkled with a covering of diamante stones. The bridesmaids were Gail George, Nina Stewart, Joanne Roberts and Claire Doncaster (friends) and the flower girls were Alicia Young (daughter), and Evie and Lotti Young (groomís nieces). The ringbearer was Joshua Young (son) and the pageboys were Alfie and Charlie young (groomís nephews). The best men were Shaun and Craig Young (groomís brothers) and the ushers were Steven Britton (brideís brother), Ian John (friend), and May and Ben Young (groomís nephews). After a reception at The Fishguard Bay Hotel, the couple honeymooned in Gran Canaria.
David Whitfield and Sylvie Tops, Woodley, Berkshire
The marriage of David Edward Whitfield and Sylvie Tops was held recently at Penally Abbey. The groom, an avionics engineer, is the youngest son of Anthony and Judy Whitfield, of 6 St Johnís Hill, Tenby, and the bride, a biologist, is the youngest daughter of Wilfred and Marietta Tops, of Hampton Court, Surrey. Married recently at the Catholic church, Cardigan, were Morwenna Pitkin, youngest daughter of Dr and Mrs Pitkin, and Richard Roche, eldest son of Mrs Roche. Gerwyn Evans and Tanya Neale, Pembroke Dock
Married recently at Heywood Mount Hotel, Tenby, were Gerwyn Evans and Tanya Neale. The groom, serving in the HM Forces Welsh Guards, is the eldest son of Gwen Evans and Eifion Williams, of 19 The Ridge Way, Cardigan, and the bride, a student, is the eldest daughter of Yvonne Gwyther and step-daughter of Peter Gwyther, of 12 Hampshire Drive, Pembroke Dock. Given away by her stepfather, the bride wore a white strapless dress with a diamante long train and carried a bouquet of pink and white flowers with feathers. The bride was attended by Emma Smith (best friend), Caroline Evans (groomís sister), Shane Gwyther (brideís brother) and Sasha Nickolas (groomís cousin). Graham Laugharne and Lynsey Harries, Pembroke Dock
The marriage of Graham Laugharne and Lynsey Harries was held recently at St Teiloís church, Pembroke Dock. The groom is the youngest son of Steve and Rose Laugharne, and the bride is the only daughter of Dennis and Joyce Harries. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a satin strapless wedding gown with a fish tail train. She was attended by their two sons Joseph and Jacob Laugharne and two nephews Samuel Harries and Ieuan Laugharne. The bridesmaid was their niece Courtney June Harries and the best man was Richard Laugharne (groomís brother). The service was conducted by Rev Vincent Gardiner. After a short honeymoon, the couple returned to their home in Pembroke Dock.

The wedding of Gavin Jones and Kirsty Davies was held recently at St Johnís Church, Pembroke Dock. The groom is the only child of Elizabeth and John Warlow, of Tiers Cross, and the bride is the only daughter of Jennifer and Stephen Davies, of Cosheston. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an off-the-shoulder white satin gown and carried a bouquet of red roses and white lilies. The flowergirl was Emily Jones (coupleís daughter) and the bridesmaids were Bethan Archer and Cerys Davies (brideís cousins). The maid-of-honour was Katherine Archer (brideís cousin) and the pageboy was Ben Archer (brideís cousin). The best man was the groomís friend, Gavin Nelson-Edwards, while the usher was the brideís brother, Michael Davies. The service was conducted by Rev Andrew Davies. Catrina John and Matthew Edwards, Newcastle Emlyn
Catrina John and Matthew Edwards of Aberarad, Newcastle Emlyn, were married recently in Jamaica, with Sioned Davies attending as flowergirl and her little brother Dylan as page boy. Steven Woods, Blackwood and Rebecca Lewis, Lamphey
The marriage took place recently at a civil ceremony in the Maes Manor Hotel, Blackwood, of Rebecca Lewis, daughter of Mr and Mrs D. J. Lewis, of Lamphey, and Steven Woods, son of Mrs J. Woods, of Ystrad Mynach. The best man was Tony Griffiths, and the ushers were Jonathan Lewis and John Smith. The bridesmaids were Adele Caple and Leanne Woods and the flowergirls were Hannah Murphy, Lily Maya Saunders (nieces) and Seren Woods (daughter). The couple honeymooned on Crete and have made their home in Blackwood.
