Meirion Thomas, Llanelli and Louise Manfield, Pembroke Dock

The marriage of Meirion Roger Thomas and Louise Betty Manfield, was held recently at Zion Free Church, Pembroke Dock. The groom, an architect, is the eldest son of Roger and Nesta Thomas, of 1 Cornhwrdd Cottage, Llangennech, Llanelli, and the bride, a registered nurse, is the youngest daughter of Margaret Randall, of 20 Hill Street, Pembroke Dock, and Robert Manfield, of 15 Torbay Terrace, Rhoose, Cardiff. The bride was given in marriage by her father and was attended by Michelle, Trudy, Katie, Sam and Laura (brideís sisters), Gwennan (groomís sister) and Sandra (friend). The best man was Simon Pickthall and the ushers were Dewi Thomas, Graham Walker and Andrew Thomas. The service was conducted by Sam Wright and the couple will make their home at Cardiff. Christopher Wright and Zoe Snell, Crymych

Lake Vyrnwy Hotel in Snowdonia, was the setting for the recent wedding of Oakwood Parkís marketing manager, Zoe Snell, to Christopher Wright, a building restoration company director. The bride was attended by her nieces, Zara Snell, Richa Snell and Sophie Snell, as bridesmaids and her nephew, Jake Snell, as ringbearer. The groomís brother, Michael Wright, was the best man and the brideís nephew, Jonathan Snell, was the usher. John-Simon Wright, Llandysul and Beverley Richards, Aberporth

Married recently at St Cynwyls church, Aberporth, by Rev John Williams, were Beverley Richards, daughter of Arthur and Janet Richards, of Linden, Heol y Gorwel, Aberporth, and John-Simon Wright, son of Kevin and Linda Wright, of Llain, Penrhiwilan, Llandysul. The best man was Daniel Mathias, and the ushers were Les Evans and Darren Evans. The bridesmaids were Loren Griffiths, Lucy Jenkins, Jenny Sturman and Cheri Hariri. The flowergirl was Ellie Williams and the page boys were Jakob and Joshua Evans. The reception was held in the Falcondale Mansion, Lampeter. PICTURE: Huw R. D. Thomas.

Stephen Davis and Anita Rowen

Married recently at the Holyland Hotel, Pembroke, were Stephen Davis and Anita Rowen. The groom is the youngest son of Mr T. Davis of Military Road, and Ms S. Thomas of Pembroke Dock. The bride is the only daughter of Mr and Mrs D. Rowen of Lampeter Velfrey. The groom works as a coach driver at Silcox Motor Coaches and the bride is a housewife. The bride wore a hand-beaded gown with hand-made guipures lace from duchesse satin, with a ruche of chiffon over the skirt. The two flowergirls were Tegan and Gabrielle Davis (coupleís daughters). Best man was Mr Martin Osborne (family friend).

Dewi Davies and Kate Gottwaltz, Tenby

Married recently were Dewi Davies and Kate Gottwaltz, both of Tenby. The ceremony was conducted by Rev Michael John at Penally church, followed by a marquee reception at Trefloyne Golf Club. After honeymooning in Dubai, the couple will be making their home in Tenby.
